EU consumer law gives you strong statutory rights, and we comply fully with them.

Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at info@theworldanvil.com before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund — including original standard shipping costs — within 14 days, using the same payment method you used at checkout.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@theworldanvil.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at your choice.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for hygiene or IP reasons (e.g. sealed card expansions)
  • Digital products (PDFs, digital rulebooks) once download has been initiated
  • Custom or personalised items made to order

🌍 Rest of the World

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Contact us at info@theworldanvil.com before sending anything back — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged or incomplete. Include your order number and photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions The following are non-refundable:

  • Digital products (PDFs, digital rulebooks) once download has been initiated
  • Opened sealed products (card expansions, etc.)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items damaged through normal use or mishandling after delivery
